As the founder of Floyd Jones Enterprises, a media and coaching company, and BackBlack, an initiative that has raised over $2M for Black-led nonprofits, Floyd empowers leaders to scale their communities and amplify their impact through actionable strategies and a community-first approach.
Throughout his career, Floyd has built social impact communities worldwide, collectively raising over $40M for grassroots organizations.
